The Second International Conference of DiGRA Mexico took place in Guadalajara, at the University of Guadalajara (Calle Guanajuato 1045, Artesanos 44260) on June 29-30, 2024. It was organized by DIGRA Mexico in collaboration with UDG, UVIC, UAD, and UAM.
The event aimed to gather diverse contributions to provide a broad perspective on the interests, projects, and research lines in game studies. This second edition strengthened the meeting point, networking, dialogue, and critical debate among researchers and professionals.
The conference, open to various research methodologies and contributions on different forms of play, was held alongside the international DiGRA conference at the same university. It featured the participation of academics and professionals, fostering an environment for knowledge exchange and the growth of the game studies community.
