CALL FOR Papers
Paper submissions may be presented either in person or online. Submissions are open to participants from all countries and are not restricted to Mexican authors.
Papers
Submissions may present ongoing research, preliminary findings, innovative ideas, work in progress, or specific contributions that are not yet sufficiently developed for a full paper but are clearly relevant to the conference themes.
Length
Short papers must be between 6 and 11 pages in length, including introduction, objectives, methods, results, conclusions, references, figures, and tables.
Submissions that do not comply with the page limits will be rejected without review.
Format
Authors must use the official conference template.
All submissions must be written in English.
Once formatted according to the template, papers must be submitted through the Microsoft CMT platform.

Review Process
- All submissions undergo a double-blind peer-review process.
- Each paper is evaluated by at least three reviewers from the Program Committee or external reviewers.
- Evaluation criteria include: originality, relevance, technical quality, clarity and contribution to the field
Publication
- Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
- At least one registered author must present each accepted paper at the conference.
- All submissions will be screened for plagiarism prior to publication.

No further extensions will be granted.
Notification of Acceptance: May 8, 2026
Camera-Ready Submission Deadline: May 25, 2026
Presentation Format
- Each presenter will have a maximum of 10 minutes to present their work.
- A question-and-answer session will follow each presentation block.
- Presentations may be delivered either in person or online and may be conducted in English or Spanish.
- Online presenters are responsible for ensuring that they meet all technical requirements and complete any necessary preparations before their session to ensure smooth and efficient presentations.
Conference proceedings will be published with DOI identifiers. A selection of extended papers will be invited for publication in academic journals.
Microsoft CMT will be used to manage the peer-review process for this conference. This service is provided free of charge by Microsoft, which covers all associated costs, including Azure cloud services, software development, and technical support.
